Self-service status inquiry
Our newest online service allows you to check the status of your service requests quickly and easily, anytime. Simply sign in to My Account and use Message Centre to review the progress of any requests within the last 365 days.
Most plan members are not eligible to participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan
If you are considering cancelling or declining dental coverage under the pension plan to enrol in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), please note that most plan members are not eligible to participate. Furthermore, if you cancel dental coverage, you may not be eligible to re-enrol in the dental plan offered by the College Pension Plan.
